Sasaki Celluloid Works has received the "Work-Life Balance Award" from Sabae City. This award is given to individuals and companies who embody diverse work styles themselves or promote them within their organizations in Sabae City.

Sasaki Celluloid Works is a very open company regarding diverse work styles. Among various initiatives, we were recognized for efforts to improve paid leave acquisition rates as part of work style reform and for establishing the "Independence Support Course" to support craftsmen aiming for independence.
